Annette helped me plan a family reunion to Mexico for 38 people of all ages from all over the US. She was instrumental in providing info about possible resorts and helping us make a decision about which resort to use. She arranged all the transfers to/from the Cancun airport to our resort - no small feat when there are people coming from many different states on different airlines at different times. She connected us to a great tour/experience operator in the Cancun area. It was great to have her recommendation because selecting a reliable tour operator in a heavy market is difficult to do via the Internet. To top it off, Annette was at our resort the whole day during our arrivals. It was awesome to see her and thank her for being so patient with our large group (sometimes like herding cats!), providing such great service and even giving each of us a welcome gift. Annette takes care of the details and checks up on you with text and emails, and she keeps you on schedule for your flights with reminders.
